Each mug and tumbler is personally designed and handmade with care. Because of this, our processing time is up to 7 days before your order ships.
🚚 When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your region. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey! Estimated shipping times:
Canada: 3-9 business days
Express shipping (1-2 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

🎨 Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Every mug and tumbler is designed, printed, and sublimated by hand in our studio. Each piece is unique, and small variations (like minor color differences) are part of the handmade charm!
📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are custom and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to help!
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our products come beautifully packaged, ready for gifting!

📦 What should I do if my package is lost?
