🛍️ Do you accept custom orders?

Nope! All our designs are 100% original and pre-made. Think of it as curated chaos: each item is made with intention and a sprinkle of magic, just not on request.

🥤 Are your mugs and tumblers dishwasher or microwave safe?

That depends on the type:

  • Hand wash only. No microwaves, no soaking, no drama.
  • Dishwasher + microwave safe (top rack is best).

📦 Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship across Canada.

⏳ How long will my order take?

We typically ship within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but we always aim for fast & safe. You’ll get an email once your order is on the way.

💌 Can I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! Our packaging is cute enough to gift as-is. If you'd like to include a note, drop it in the order comments—we’ve got you.

📬 What if my item arrives damaged?

First off—ugh, that’s the worst. If something breaks during shipping, please email us with photos at info@ateliernimara.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Since each item is handmade in limited quantities, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If there’s an issue with your order (like damage in transit), reach out—we’re here to help!

🚚 Shipping Time (Canada Only)

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • 5 business days
  • 10 business days

Rural areas or during peak seasons may take a little longer


Most orders come with tracking, so you can refresh that page like it owes you money. 😉

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (Canada Post, etc.)
  • Weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions can affect delivery times
  • If your order is taking longer than expected, give it a few days and then reach out - we're happy to help track it down!
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
    If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, we can’t redirect it—so double-check your info before checkout! 💁‍♀️
