Due to the handmade nature of our products and limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — so we can make it right.

Include your order number and clear photos of both the item and its packaging 📸. We’ll work with you to find a magical solution 🛠️.

 

Refunds 

If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, you’ll have the option to either receive store credit or be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that not all refund requests will be approved. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the item was damaged due to customer handling rather than a fault on our end or during shipping.

You’ll be notified once we’ve reviewed your request, and we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.
