Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• 3 days of delivery at info@ateliernimara.com
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find a solution—either a replacement or store credit.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

• You contact us after 3 days
• The item was damaged due to misuse
